Michelle Singh is a bestselling author and international speaker/presenter. She is the founder and CEO of LCT-E Learning Solutions, an educational consulting company created to serve educators and professionals with innovative solutions for technology integration. Services include coaching, conferences, content creation, professional development, and speaking. LCT-E Learning Solutions, LLC understands adult learning theory and takes pride in addressing and supporting the diverse needs of adult learners. 


Michelle has specialties in culturally responsive teaching and learning, English education, curriculum and instruction, gifted education, and educational technology. Since 2004, Michelle worked diligently in teaching research-based strategies to K-12 students, educators, and adult learners with the integration of technology. She dedicated 15 years to the fourth largest school district in the United States, Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). She was a teacher of the gifted, teacher-leader, department chairperson, District curriculum specialist, and District technology trainer in her tenure. 


In addition, Michelle was the Miami Microsoft Learning Consultant (MLC), supporting local school districts and higher education institutions. In that role, she helped to raise awareness and heighten the desire for Microsoft's education offerings; she executed hands-on training experiences for educators, and she contributed significantly to projects and success plans highlighting the benefits of Microsoft EDU tools. 


Michelle’s current focus is the work she does for educators through LCT-E Learning Solutions and as an adjunct professor of education courses for pre-service teachers and teachers who are seeking recertification. Her experience in K-12 education and higher education has equipped her with the knowledge and skills needed to support learners of all ages.


Over the years, Michelle earned several certifications and recognition. One that makes her proudest is her National Board Certification  in Adolescence and Young Adulthood/English Language Arts. Other rewarding accomplishments for Michelle include her being selected as a Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Fellow for the State of Florida; a USA MIE Expert, and a Microsoft Global Learning Mentor. Being a leader in these Professional Learning Networks (PLN) is a great honor. She actively contributes to these PLNs using her skills as Microsoft Master Trainer, Microsoft Certified Educator, Microsoft Office Specialist, Flipgrid Ambassador, Wakelet Ambassador, Nearpod Certified Teacher, Nearpod Certified Trainer, Google Certified Educator, and Adobe Creative Educator. 


In terms of recognition for her expertise and accomplishments, Michelle was selected to represent Team USA at the Microsoft Global Educator Exchange (E2) conference in Paris, France. Michelle was also highlighted in a Microsoft Education video, hand-picked as an international presenter at the Microsoft E2 conference, featured in Anthony Salcito's (Vice President of World Wide Education at Microsoft) Daily Edventures blog, represented in the Prezi blog for adult learning and online teaching tips, and spotlighted by Nearpod as one of 14 women who are impacting education. 


As an educator and advocate, Michelle uses her expertise to serve and support, lift as she climbs, and empower educators, students, parents, families, and professionals on successful teaching and learning strategies. 


Outside of the work Michelle does with educators, she is a doctoral candidate. She takes pride in giving back to her local (Miami, Florida) and birth (Jamaica) communities while holding active membership in her church, Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
